SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
There is no better way to achieve a base of fitness (General Physical Preparedness) than through functional fitness, but there comes a time when specialized training is necessary to excel in your sport. We do this by providing athletes with the most up to date and researched training program that will allow the athletes to compete at their highest level physically as well as mentally. It is our goal to provide every athlete with the proper training techniques and motivation to achieve their greatest athletic potential. We work in small groups to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
Our athletes have competed in everything from team sports (soccer, football, volleyball, baseball), endurance sports (duathalons, triathlons, Tough Mudder) to strength sports, folkstyle & freestyle wrestling, track, and others. Our specialty is in those sports which demand a high level of “functional” fitness and metabolic conditioning – sports where speed, strength, endurance and agility all matter to varying degrees.
